Asataza or tahamul mizaji
Ek aam admi se le kar ek wakeel, ek
doctor, police officer, alim-e-deen or siyasatdaan tak sab he yehe cahtay hein k

toor par zim’madari ka muzahira nahi kartay. Ustad ko caheye k wo narmi or
mohabbat se unhe samjhae. Ustad ko caheye k wo maar peet or tanziyaa guftugu se
talba bad’dil ho jate hein. Ustad ki kamiyabi ye nahi k us ne talib-e-ilm ki
mamooli ghalti par sakht saza de, kisi ka dimagh durust keya, kisi ko
zaleel-o-khuwar keya, kisi ki izzat-e-nafas majrooh ki bal’k ustad ki kamiyabi
ye hai k us ne kisi ko sahe rastay par lagaya, kisi ki raah numaii ki, kisi ka
nafsiyati masla hal keya.
Kitne he talba aese hein jo asataza k
sakht mizaaj, ghusay or mar peet ki wajh se parhai ko hamesha k liye khair bad

kisi aaib, ghalti ya kotahi ko hadaf bana kar usay sharminda karna achay ustad
ka sheewa nahi. Is tarah uski izzat-e-nafs majrooh hote hai or wo zid or hat dharmi
par utar aata hai. Bohat kam asat’taza aese hote hein jo talba k khayalat or
jazbat ki qadar kartay hein or un ki
ghaltiyou or kotahiyou par baray khalus, hikmat se in ki rahnumai kartay hein.
Thore se mohtaat or mohabbat ameez ghuftugu se talba ko un ki ghaltiyou ka
ehsas dilaya ja sakta hai. Mul’lim ko kabhi bhi tanziyaa or malamat bhari
guftugu nahi karne caheye or surat-e-hal ka tahamul mizaji k sath jaiza lena
caheye. Agr talba se koi ghalti hojae to usay aleedha bula kar tanhaiye mai
samjhana caheye.
Sakht’ti ka rawaiya aag par petrol dalta
hai jab k narmi or mohabbat ka rawiya aag par pani dalnay k mutaradif hai. Maul’lim
ko caheye un mai ehsas se zim’madri paida kare or unki qabliyat or salahiyaton
ko majroo na kare in ki hosla afzai kare. Lehaza maul’lim ko caheye k wo talba ki
ghaltiyou ki taraf unki tawajh bilwasta tor par mabzol karaye. Taake talba
behtar tareekay se paish aayen. Asat’taza ko tahamul mizaji se kam lena caheye.
Logon mia bardsht he nhe ...bachon ko mar k pharany se hamesha un pe negative effect hota hai.her bacha aik jesa nhe hota ..humary han bachon ko yeh to btaya jata hai ustad ki izat kro , woh maa baap ki jagah hoty hain...laykin ustad humein apny bachon ki tarah treat nhe krty...laykin humary han teachers ko training nhe di jati...aur humary han jb apny maa baap he itna buri tarah bachon ko marty hain to ap dusry se kya umeed karay gay, bachy gharon se he itny batamiz tayar ho k atay hain k teacher ka hath uth jata hai.
